The email warming feature helps maintain and improve your email deliverability by gradually increasing the number of emails sent from your account. This process ensures that email providers recognize your domain as trustworthy, reducing the chances of your emails being marked as spam.
Automatic Responses:
- Our system automatically responds to email-warming companies in your pool of accounts.
- These responses will be removed from your inbox after a few days.
Warming Up Your Domain:
- We recommend "warming up" your domain for a few days to a few weeks.
- If you notice a decrease in open rates, it's a good idea to warm up the domain again.
- Once the email warming is enabled, it will start within the next 24 hours.
Monitoring Progress:
- Check your email outbox to see the progress. Emails will start going out, but you won't see any activity until 24 hours after enabling the feature.
Sending Campaigns:
- Wait at least 4-5 days before sending a campaign with accounts that need warming up.
- Keeping the email warming enabled when scaling can help maintain positive email activity and reduce spam risks.
Daily Email Warming Limit:
- The email warming feature will start with a low number of emails and automatically increase by 1 email per day until it reaches a maximum of 30 email-warming emails per day.
Steps to Enable/Disable Email Warming:
- Access the email warming feature in your account settings.
- Click on the dropdown menu and select 'Yes' to enable or 'No' to disable the feature.
Recommendations:
- Enable Email Warming: Keep it enabled to ensure consistent positive activity in your account.
- Monitor Open Rates: If you notice a decline, re-enable email warming to improve deliverability.
By following these guidelines, you can maintain a healthy email sending reputation and enhance the success of your email campaigns.
